Head of Mortgages

Michelle brings extensive experience in mortgages, equity release and protection. She leads our specialist service in these areas, backed by the Advanced Certificate in Mortgage Advice Diploma and the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release. As a Vulnerability Champion she helps promote awareness of vulnerabilities and encourage a proactive approach to keeping our organisation secure.

Originally from Scotland, Michelle is a keen traveller who enjoys discovering new places, attending concerts, entertaining and exploring her love of food. She also loves the outdoors and enjoys long walks with her border terrier.
